About Brad
Brad is an attorney and has been licensed in the state of Texas since 1984. He brings over 35 years of legal knowledge and experience to his arbitration practice. Brad is licensed and admitted to practice law in Texas and before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, all Federal District courts in Texas and in any Federal District court in any state pro hoc vice.
Brad provides arbitration and mediation services for CMS, the Texas Department of Insurance, the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings, the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, and the Commonwealth of Virginia’s State Corporations Commission for their various state out-of-network balance billing arbitration programs.

Brad has arbitrated and ruled in over 40,000 out-of-network balance billing arbitrations in the states of Texas, Colorado & Virginia and CMS.
Property Tax Arbitrations
As a Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts appointed arbitrator, Brad has presided in over 250 property tax arbitrations in the state of Texas.
