Brad L. Armstrong, JD Arbitrator specializes in government appointed Out-of-Network Balance Billing arbitrations and meets the expertise requirement of Code section 9816(c)(4), ERISA section 716(c)(4), and PHS Act section 2799A–1(c)(4). Mr. Armstrong is an officer of the court in good standing with over 35 years of legal experience as an attorney, arbitrator and mediator and is licensed and admitted to practice law in Texas and before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, all Federal District courts in Texas and in any Federal District court in any state pro hoc vice.
